The Website is offered subject to your (User or You) acceptance without modification of all the terms stated herein and any other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be changed and published from time to time on the Website by Digglo AB – including pricing, refunds, privacy policy, and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website.

Digglo AB offers a refund policy in accordance with the stated guidelines.

1. Access and User Information

To purchase Services on the Website, the User may fill out the contact form on the Website (including providing all mandatory personal information). The User must immediately notify Digglo AB of any security breach or unauthorized use of their account.

Digglo AB may at any time modify, discontinue, or terminate services, products, fees, costs, and terms, including the availability of features or content. Digglo AB may also impose limitations on certain features and services or restrict the User’s access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User represents to Digglo AB that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a company), the User is at least 18 years old. The User also represents that they are legally entitled to use the Website and take full responsibility for their choice and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

2. Modifications

Digglo AB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, costs, and terms at any time. The User is responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with such modifications. Use of the Website by the User after such notification constitutes the User’s acceptance of the changes to the terms.

3. Payments and Fees

Digglo AB may store the User’s credit or debit card information unless the User notifies Digglo AB otherwise via email at info@firsttradekit.com.

By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that they are legally entitled to use the specified payment method and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or has the explicit authorization of the cardholder to use the card for the transaction. Digglo AB may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at its sole discretion. Digglo AB will not be liable to the User or any third party due to the refusal or cancellation of a transaction after processing has begun.

Unless otherwise specified, all fees and payments are stated in Swedish kronor. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments, and applicable taxes for our Website and Services. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices on the Website or in other communications are exclusive of value-added tax.

4. Online Payment Security

Digglo AB uses a secure payment gateway for its online card transactions. All card transactions conducted on this Website are secure payments.

Payments are fully automated with immediate response.

Your full card number cannot be viewed by Digglo AB or any external party.

All transactions are conducted under a 128-bit SSL certificate.

All transaction data is encrypted for storage in bank-grade data centers, providing further protection for your card details.

5. Refund Policy

If, for a valid reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a refund for the purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. See below for more details on our refund policy. Refunds are generally not allowed after services have been used, unless Digglo AB, at its sole discretion, decides otherwise.

All refunds must be initiated within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.

Refunds

After an investigation, we will process your refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your request to begin processing your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your card statement, depending on your card issuer. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.

No assignment, partnership, collaboration, employment relationship, or similar is intended or created by this Agreement. You represent that you have all necessary permissions to provide us with the User’s personal data to fulfill this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be voided, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. We may, at our sole discretion, assign this Agreement with notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or meaning of such sections. Our failure to act regarding a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act concerning subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.
